In addition, this position will serve as the Privacy Officer for CRHS and will oversee all ongoing activities related to the development, implementation, maintenance of, and adherence to the Health System's policies and procedures related to the privacy of and access to patients' protected health information (PHI) in compliance with federal and state laws and the Hospital's privacy practices (the "Privacy Polices").

Qualifications
PRE-HIRE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, law, or a related field, required
- One (1) year experience as compliance or privacy officer, or related position, required
- Certified Healthcare Compliance Professional (CHC) designation, preferred
