Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Oversee the data handling of learners, ensuring all information is accurate and well-maintained across various databases.
- Compliance and Accuracy: Conduct rigorous compliance checks to ensure all data management practices adhere to regulatory and internal standards.
- Registration and Certification: Manage all aspects of learner registration and certification processes, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Progression Tracking: Monitor and document learner progress and destinations, providing detailed reports on outcomes.
- Independent Initiative: Employ a proactive approach to work, independently managing tasks and resolving challenges efficiently.
- Experience in data management and compliance, preferably within an educational or training environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in database systems and relevant software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Prior involvement with Skills Bootcamps or ASF provision will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with educational compliance regulations.
