Ironmark Building Co. is looking for a Data & Compliance Assistant to join our team!

What you'll do:
  • Sort invoices by department and project
  • Scan paper invoices and other documents when received
  • Data entry of invoices into paperless routing and approval system
  • Update vendor records in ERP system
  • Data entry for credit card expense reports
  • Review vendor statements
  • Review and submit state-specific pre-lien notice forms
  • Maintain 2nd-tier lien waiver tracking log
  • Review and organize 2nd-tier lien waivers when received
  • Verify 2nd-tier payments to suppliers and vendors
  • Communicate lien waiver deficiencies to Controller
  • Assist Controller & Project Coordinator with wage compliance tracking
Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams) and Adobe or Bluebeam
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage electronic documents and data
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all departments
  • Professional, courteous, and tactful communication skills both in written and verbal communications
  • Experience with handling confidential information and data
  • Committed to achieving accurate results
  • 2-year degree or equivalent business experience

Starting at $22/hour + benefits
