YPO are currently seeking an experienced Data Quality Analyst to join our Business Intelligence and Data Team and support the end-to-end process of the Data Management Strategy.
Salary: Starting at £40,475 per year (Grade 10)
Contract: Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday
Hours: 37 hours per week, with hybrid and flexible working
Location: YPO, 41 Industrial Park, Wakefield

In this role, you'll work within the Business Intelligence and Data Team and be responsible for monitoring and reporting on data anomalies across all YPO systems, managing all activity linked to ensuring data standards are adhered to, and escalating to senior management where issues arise.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with an exceptional eye for detail, able to confidently present feedback and reporting to internal teams, colleagues, and senior management, and continually look to improve the quality of data within YPO's core systems.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with an exceptional eye for detail, able to confidently present feedback and reporting to internal teams, colleagues, and senior management, and continually look to improve the quality of data within YPO's core systems.
It is essential that the successful candidate have:
- A relevant degree or equivalent level of experience in a related field .
- Ability to develop and implement effective systems of performance management and measurement.
- Experience of managing large volumes of data.
- Data mining and interpretation skills.
