Employee Compliance's (EC) core function is to provide effective advice and tools to enable Deutsche Bank employees to observe the highest standards of individual behavior and conduct and to assess, monitor and report on Compliance risks posed by Employees and Contingent Workers associated with, amongst others, the following areas: Personal Account Dealing (PAD); Employee Compliance Attestations; and Licensing & Registrations.
As a key member of the EC Strategy and Risk Management Team, you will be responsible for supporting EC in achieving key strategic priorities including existing and transformational goals through the establishment and development of globally consistent minimum standards according to risk appetite and best practice.

- Provide trusted advisory support to the EC Strategy and Risk Management Team on the Bank's policies and associated controls to ensure minimum standards, risk appetite and processes are implemented on a globally consistent basis
- Supporting EC's Breach and Consequence Management framework and associated operating processes and communications on a globally consistent basis
- Support the management of PAD training programmes to enable employees to comply with the Bank's framework and EC to maintain appropriate knowledge base of their area of expertise
- Support the maintenance and development of the EC technology systems used to roll out and track the completion of attestations, manage operational workflow processes and produce ongoing and effective EC Management Information and reporting
- Support the EC data pillar ensuring EC data is stored, provided, migrated, and managed in data repositories in line with regulation and bank standards
- Support the development and maintenance of a robust EC regulatory inventory and assisting the management of the EC control inventory, risk types and control reviews
- Understanding, interpreting, and implementing risk-based solutions to meet global regulatory expectations (preferably as they relate to PAD)
- Preferably, oversight and implementation of operational processes to support PAD,
- Supporting data and technology initiatives, ideally using an agile methodology
- Developing and implementing strong governance controls and processes
- Management of large sets of data - excellent excel/powerpoint skills
- Provision of Management Information to address business and operational risks
