We are looking for an Engineering & Compliance Administrator to join the Engineering & Technical Team at Thermatic Technical FM.
As a Thermatic Engineering Administrator you will support the team by reviewing and validating compliance entries for the remote engineers and ensuring that jobsheets confirm work-related tasks. Other duties include management of compliance platforms such as REFCOM and GasSafe administration.
Thermatic Technical FM provide complete nationwide coverage, across the full spectrum of Hard FM services to large, commercial clients. Our team of mobile engineers are supported by the account teams at Head Office to provide both reactive breakdown and planned maintenance services to our clients.

Regular hours of work - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm - 40 hour working week.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Behaviours:
- Administration experience with previous experience in FM or Engineering background being advantageous.
- Computer literate, Microsoft office
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative approach to working
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Good time management
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to deal with different engineers and departments within the business
- Analytical skills for analysing time sheet data
- Multitasking and time management skills to manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Review and validate engineers compliance entries our Operations System (JobLogic)
- Documentation management, maintaining accurate and up to date records of engineering training and tooling
- Liaise with engineers when discrepancies are identified to resolve and communicate changes to jobsheets/paperwork
- Work alongside the Technical and Compliance Team to ensure engineering reports are distributed to correct teams or department
- Assist with the logging of engineer activities on our Operations System (Job Logic).
- Assist with External Compliance record keeping such as REFCOM & GasSafe
- Ensure that all engineering operations and documentation adhere to company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Processing of engineers expense claims.
- Minute take in meetings and report actions following.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties that may be required by the Technical team.
