About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Risk and Resilience team in Macro Risk Services to focus on Enterprise Risk Management. If you would like to work with the senior management teams of some of the UK's leading non-financial services companies, have strong problem solving skills, intellectual agility and can build deep and productive relationships, our practice could be the right opportunity for you.
You'll work across a diverse range of well-known clients and have the opportunity to build experience designing and implementing risk management frameworks to help Boards identify, assess and manage the most significant risks in their organisation.
What your days will look like:
You'll have some experience in designing and/or implementing risk management and resilience frameworks and be passionate about the value that can be derived from effective risk management, ideally gained within a large consultancy or client organisation. Job holder will be responsible for:

- Delivering client assignments
- Working as part of a team or independently depending on the size of the assignment
- Developing and managing client relationships
- Identifying and developing client opportunities
- Technical risk management knowledge and practical experience working with non-FS businesses
- Ideally experience of supporting organisations with strategic and/or operational resilience
- Commercial acumen and knowledge of how complex organisations operate.
- Good project management skills, ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in teams with clients and PwC colleagues.
- Demonstrable experience of working on multiple projects, managing your time effectively to deliver high quality work to tight deadlines
- A willingness to learn new skills and help develop and innovate new client propositions
