About the role
At Reckitt, we're looking for a Legal Director who will become a core member of our Regional Leadership Team. In this strategic position, you'll advance our business goals while upholding the highest legal standards. You will be influential in fostering cohesive partnerships across different functions, becoming the cornerstone of legal expertise in our fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
- Review existing third-party risk management policies, procedures and systems to identify gaps and areas for enhancement.
- Work with stakeholders across the group to design enhanced third-party risk management program that addresses Reckitt Group risks and is fit for purpose for Reckitt Group.
- Work with Essential Home and Nutrition stakeholders to design modifications needed on separation (if any).
- Revise third-party risk management policies and procedures in line with enhanced program. Work with Essential Home and Nutrition stakeholders to identify changes needed on separation (if any).
- Work with stakeholders across the Group (including Finance, IT&D, Procurement) to identify best way to implement third-party risk program at system level.
- Design and oversee development and implementation of the risk and assurance monitoring strategy for third-party risk; validate that controls operate effectively, and gaps identified are appropriately remediated.
- Design and oversee development and implementation of metrics and reporting for third-party risk management program.
- Assist with related Ethics & Compliance enhancement programs include implementation of anti-bribery policies and procedures.
- Approx. 10+ years relevant experience with either a legal or compliance background.
- Proven experience in operationalizing Governance, Risk and Compliance to deliver tangible business outcomes.
- Highly methodical and well organized; able to manage time effectively and deliver according to deadlines.
- Critical thinker and innovator - the candidate should contribute ideas for improvements to the support the process and infrastructure.
- Solution driven approach, with exemplary communication and analytical skills.
- Self-starter, results driven, disciplined and excellent in delivering value-adding results.
- Team player with strong collaborative qualities and a positive demeanor.
