About the job Field/Office Compliance Officer

Position OverviewField Compliance Officer(s) assist the Project Managers in production activities in the field. They perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to, monitoring, completing compliance tasks, preparing and reviewing documentation, capturing photos, obtaining signatures on documents, and reviewing estimates/dry logs according to company policies and procedures. Salary varies based on experience.
Job Responsibilities
  • Accepting newly dispatched leads
  • Capturing Photos
  • Capturing Moisture Readings and Logging
  • Creating Daily Reports/Notations
  • Complete Initial, Daily, and Final File Review
  • Maintaining Job Board
  • Sending Correspondence
  • Understand, create, and make edits to Xactimate estimates
  • Follow up on claims in review
  • Consistently review program changes and implement changes throughout departments
  • Travel, sometimes extended stays, to complete these required tasks in-field and on-site
Job Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance restoration and or construction industry preferred
  • Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
  • Able to work independently or work with/lead a team
  • Exhibit professionalism, maturity, and the willingness to serve the customer
  • Experience with entering data using a tablet or mobile phone
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products; Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability/Availability to travel off-site, sometimes out of state, to work on Catastrophic Events
  • Strong verbal and written and communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and customer service skills
  • Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines

Incumbent must be prepared to:
  • Move up to 70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time. Lifting, squatting, crawling and crouching is required.
  • Express or exchange ideas with others and receive and act on detailed information given.
  • For safety reasons, respirators, which are used in certain situations, must be able to seal to your face.
  • Be exposed to various inside and outside working conditions: The change of environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
