Do you have a knack for leadership and management, and a keen eye for identifying and mitigating risks? Are you skilled in change management? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Senior Manager specializing in Compliance and Human Rights.
The Ethics & Compliance Senior Manager will support the alignment and effectiveness of high impact areas including human rights, human capital and accountability. S/he will play a critical role in driving a strong culture of ethics and compliance through collaboration, building trust with territories and empowering and supporting our people to achieve their goals.

The Ethics & Compliance Senior Manager will support the alignment and effectiveness of high impact areas including human rights, human capital and accountability. S/he will play a critical role in driving a strong culture of ethics and compliance through collaboration, building trust with territories and empowering and supporting our people to achieve their goals.
What your days will look like:
- Human Rights Compliance and Monitoring: Lead the implementation and embedding of our new Global Human Rights Policy; Oversee the successful launch of the policy across our global network; Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of FAQs and an implementation toolkit to support member firms; Establish and coordinate a community of interest to foster engagement and knowledge sharing; Prepare for audits and gather evidence for the World Business Council for Sustainable Development; Maintain awareness of human rights issues, including fair wages and overtime, to inform compliance efforts.
- Leadership and Management: Ensure adherence to the Leadership and Management Network Standard and Accountability framework; Support the evolution of accountability and consequence frameworks globally; Monitor compliance and assess its impact on our organizational culture and business conduct; Foster a positive "tone at the top" to promote ethical leadership.
- Business Conduct: Align key business conduct behaviors with our Evolved PwC Professional framework; Conduct root cause analyses of human capital issues to identify intervention opportunities; Provide advice on leadership initiatives and sensitive workforce matters, including social media conduct.
- You are a proactive and agile leader with a strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and human rights standards.
- You have excellent communication and change management skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and foster a culture of integrity.
- You are an analytical thinker capable of developing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- You are a team player who can work collaboratively across global territories and who has Human Capital or Risk & Compliance experience, as well as a demonstrated interest in Human Rights.
