Job Description
As the Governance and Compliance Manager - Justice, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of the Catch22 Justice Directorate. Your role will involve supervising contract execution, maintaining compliance with regulations, and supporting the Justice Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Key responsibilities include monitoring contractual performance, maintaining governance dashboards, safeguarding reporting, and ensuring adherence to training, health and safety, and data security protocols. You will also play a pivotal role in external client interactions, upholding Catch22's professional reputation.

Hours & work pattern: Full time time, 37 hours per week.
Salary: Up to £40,508

Job Description

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or Management, or similar.
- Experience in contract management, governance, and knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Proven experience in senior administrative roles, data management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems.
- Project management qualifications, e.g., Prince2.
