MUST:
- Right to live and work in the UK or EU with settled status.
- To live or relocate within commutable distance of STN.
- Be able to mentor and support junior members of the team.
- Must meet the qualification and experience requirements detailed in UK Regulation (EU)1321/2014 for Compliance Monitoring Manager for CAMO and Part145 in order to be acceptable to the UK CAA.
- 5 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 2 years should be from the aeronautical industry in a similar position.
- A relevant engineering degree or an aircraft maintenance technician qualification with additional education (that is acceptable to the CAA) or 5 years of experience in addition to the 5 years stated above. These 5 years should cover an appropriate combination of experience in tasks related to aircraft maintenance and/or continuing airworthiness management and/or surveillance of such tasks.
- Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices.
- Knowledge of safety management systems based on the UK management system requirements (including safety management and compliance monitoring) and ICAO Annex 19.
- Be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge, background, and satisfactory experience related to aircraft or component maintenance, as well as demonstrate a working knowledge of this Regulation.
- In-depth knowledge of UK CAA and EASA aviation regulations.
- Knowledge of HF principles.
- Knowledge of maintenance methods.
- Demonstrate relevant knowledge, background and appropriate experience related to the operator's activities, including knowledge and experience in compliance monitoring.
