Make every drop of your potential count!

Are you passionate about proactive problem-solving and leading high-performing teams? Do you thrive in an environment where data-driven insights directly impact operational efficiency and environmental compliance? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are seeking an Insight Delivery Compliance Manager to lead a team of Insight Delivery Technicians in identifying and mitigating issues such as foul water system blockages and burst rising mains.

This role plays a key part in delivering the Dynamic Sewer Visualisation (DSV) Strategy for WRN, helping to move Water Recycling from a reactive to a proactive way of working. By making the most of data from systems like Ovarro and Syrinix for pumping station and burst rising main (BRM) identification, this role supports pollution prevention efforts, improves how we respond to network risks, and strengthens our Environmental Performance Assessment (EPA) rating.

You will lead and manage a team of five Insight Delivery Technicians, ensuring they have the skills, support, and development opportunities to succeed in their roles. Your team will be at the forefront of triaging alerts, identifying network risks, and ensuring timely, proactive interventions to reduce pollution and operational impact. You will be responsible for fostering a strong team culture where accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement are embedded in daily operations.

Beyond technical responsibilities, this role is also about living and embedding the AW values in everything your team does. You will be expected to lead by example, creating a working environment where innovation, integrity, and customer focus drive decision-making. Whether it's through team engagement, coaching, or day-to-day leadership, you'll ensure that your team is aligned with AW's commitment to delivering a zero-pollution mindset and using data-driven insights to protect the environment.

You'll work alongside teams across Water Recycling, driving continuous improvement in how we monitor, understand, and respond proactively on data, ensuring we stay ahead of network risks while delivering real environmental and operational benefits. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team that directly contributes to the future of proactive monitoring and pollution prevention in Water Recycling Networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of 5 Insight Delivery Technicians, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Conduct monthly one-to-one meetings to review performance data, address well-being, and support career development.
  • Ensure team compliance with Health & Safety protocols, taking immediate action on any issues.
  • Lead weekly strategic meetings with system suppliers to drive improvements in performance and efficiency.
  • Integrate additional data sources and explore new supplier partnerships through proof-of-concept trials.
  • Represent the team in strategic meetings to advocate for proactive monitoring technologies.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Water Recycling Business Unit, Scheduling Teams, and Tactical Operations.
  • Provide data-driven insights to influence decision-making and operational strategies.
  • Assist in developing proactive pollution management strategies to minimise operational risks.

  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills to optimise system performance.
  • Ability to make decisive, informed choices in reactive operational environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
