About the role
Researches and develops new and revised insurance products and policies to ensure compliance with state regulatory and statutory requirements. Creates and administers all aspects of filings with state insurance departments. Investigates and resolves compliance issues, sometimes communicating with regulators. May serve as contact for complaint issues. Develops and implements training to ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
How does this role make an impact?
- Researches, develops, and documents information used in the development of business recommendations, plans and decisions.
- Monitors, investigates, evaluates and analyzes legislative and regulatory requirements and changes involving insurance products. Resolves complaints when necessary.
- Communicates to all necessary parties any changes for systems, documents, contract language and/or plan amendments that might be required for plan and product compliance. Trains others as necessary.

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
Incentive Pay:
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.

Do you have what we're looking for?
- P/C experience with some commercial knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Business communication skills (written and verbal)
- Passion for learning
- Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
