Job Description
The International Trade Compliance Manager will support all facets of import/export trade operations and projects for Fanatics International and will partner with key stakeholders within supply chain, finance, logistics, operations and other areas.

The International Trade Compliance Manager will support all facets of import/export trade operations and projects for Fanatics International and will partner with key stakeholders within supply chain, finance, logistics, operations and other areas.
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of reference, with all the fanatics HUBS globally, to ensure proper and accurate documentation is being transmitted for customs clearance purposes
- Assign proper UK commodity codes for all imported merchandise into the UK and EU. Responsible to assign proper US HTS and/or UK commodity codes for all export
- Manage daily import/export operations compliance activities
- Create and maintain a UK item database
- Analyse any possible savings program within the UK or EU
- Develop and maintain an a Customs Compliance Program to support the international business
- Work closely with 3rd party service providers to enhance, implement & maintain standard operating procedures
- Partner with sourcing, finance, logistics, and other internal and external cross-functional partners
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits of UK Customs Broker activities and KPIs
- Manage a diverse workload which may include changes in priorities and responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of import/export operations
- Ability to act with a sense of urgency and in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high compliance, due diligence, and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to engage at all levels of internal and external organizations
- Proven ability to think and perform strategically
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivator who can work independently and in small team/cross functional environments
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- +3 years of experience with apparel classification
- 8 years of experience in international trade or similar regulatory environment
- Track record of building new ways of thinking, developing and implementing processes, process improvement, and leading change
- Proven ability to work cross functionally, cross culturally, with virtual teams to build strong relationships
