A leading global investment management firm is seeking a highly skilled Investment Compliance Senior Manager to join their Luxembourg team. Reporting directly to the Head of Investment Compliance, this role offers unparalleled autonomy and exposure within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As an Investment Compliance Senior Manager, you will:

  • Provide Expert Guidance: Deliver precise, high-quality regulatory advice and compliance support across diverse asset classes, including Equities and Fixed Income.
  • Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with investment management teams, providing actionable insights to ensure seamless compliance integration.
  • Review and Refine Agreements: Evaluate investment agreements and related documents to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Champion a Culture of Compliance: Drive awareness and accountability for compliance best practices across the organization.
What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Expertise: Demonstrated success in a senior compliance advisory role within the investment management sector.
  • Regulatory Mastery: Deep knowledge of European regulatory frameworks, such as AIFMD, with an ability to navigate complex compliance landscapes.
  • Asset Class Experience: Strong hands-on experience with Equities and Fixed Income strategies.
  • Fluency in English: Exceptional communication skills in English, with proficiency in an additional European language being a plus.
