Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure Consistent Data Entry & Usage
- Monitor system usage across departments to ensure timely, accurate, and complete data entry.
- Identify gaps in data input and follow up with individuals or teams as needed.
- Escalate repeated issues to department heads or line managers with constructive feedback.
- Work with teams to identify underused features and opportunities for better adoption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows within the software.
- Actively champion the system to promote consistent and effective use across the business.
- Develop and deliver structured training sessions for new starters and existing users.
- Maintain up-to-date training materials and user documentation.
- Build and manage a training schedule tailored to roles and departments.
- Create, update, and enforce SOPs and workflows related to the software.
- Ensure all procedural documentation reflects current best practices and is easily accessible.
- Liaise with teams across the business to understand operational needs and how the software supports them.
- Act as a bridge between end users and technical teams when enhancements or changes are needed.
- Track software usage metrics and share insights with management.
- Conduct regular check-ins with teams to gather feedback and suggest improvements
- Strong understanding of business systems and workflows.
- Confident communicator who can challenge constructively and provide support.
- Skilled in training delivery and creating clear documentation.
- Analytical mindset to spot usage trends and compliance gaps.
- Comfortable working across all levels and departments in the business.
