We are working with a boutique wholesale bank who are looking for a Junior Compliance Officer to join the team. The firm are based a short walk from Liverpool Street Station. Due to the size of the firm, it is a 5-day office based role.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are working with a boutique wholesale bank who are looking for a Junior Compliance Officer to join the team. The firm are based a short walk from Liverpool Street Station. Due to the size of the firm, it is a 5-day office based role.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting with the monitoring and assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Assist with the development and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct periodic compliance reviews and audits.
- Investigate, raise and resolve compliance issues, including those raised through internal reporting mechanisms.
- Stay updated on regulatory developments and assess their impact on the bank's operations.
- Collaborate with senior management and departments across the bank to ensure a culture of compliance.
- 1-2 years' experience in a regulatory compliance role within the banking space - NOT AML/ KYC EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of FCA & PRA regulations.
- Degree/ MBA or relevant professional certifications in Compliance.
