Junior MLS Compliance Manager
Location: US / Canada
Job Overview:
Junior MLS Compliance Manager (MCM) will be responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance of our MLS vendor relationships. MCM will be the key point of contact for the numerous MLSs for any changes, compliance related issues, and upgrades. MCM will be responsible for phone and email support with vendors and will be responsible for maintaining a working relationship between the various MLSs and various business units within Constellation. Execution, storage, and compliance with new MLS agreements will require that the MCM be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while facing pressure from multiple directions.

Salary Range (US Only):
The estimated base salary range for this role in the United States is $48,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year. For compliance with local legislation, and to provide greater transparency to applicants, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired hiring location or whether the position is remote. The posted range is an estimate and reflects many factors which are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, based upon geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant factors.
Other Compensation (US Only):
This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.

Responsibilities:
- Work with MLS vendors and boards to facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of MLS data.
- Report and maintain detailed lists of subscribers to vendors as required on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Maintain detailed lists of clients and vendors and keep their status in CRM to maintain transparency throughout the supported business units.
- Produce reports and statistics when senior management asks for them.
- Keep accurate and detailed case notes of all interactions with customers & vendors.
- Work with management to review & negotiate vendor agreements.
- Coordinate and validate that any products produced meet the requirements set for by the various vendors to maintain compliance.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments across multiple business units to resolve compliance issues in a timely fashion.
- Identify and escalate potential issues with recommendations to senior management.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Comfortable using GitHub, SQL Basics, REST APIs, Command Line
- Ability to read & edit simple HTML documents
- Previous experience of face-to-face or telephone-based customer service is required
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over the telephone, with the ability to explain issues clearly and simply, both orally and in writing
- An ability to build a rapport with vendors
- Logical and analytical, with a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Solution-focused, with the ability to prioritize
- Accurate, with high attention to detail
- Excellent team player, yet willing to take personal responsibility for issues
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and keen to learn and share knowledge
- Able to remain calm under pressure and problem-solve accordingly
- Understanding and experience with Real Estate MLS operations is an asset
