Overall Position Purpose
This position exists to mitigate risk to Inteleos in the operations of its quality assurance, compliance, and enterprise risk management functions. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring operations are conducted in strict conformance with department policies, procedures, American National Standards Institute - International Standards Organization (ANSI-ISO) accreditation standards, and applicable regulations while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Additionally, this position will provide Inteleos with departmental, organizational, and project management assistance in strategic planning. The Manager, Compliance and Enterprise Risk will promote and support the Inteleos culture of inclusivity.
Core Responsibilities
The incumbent will work at a desk in an office environment either in the corporate office or in an approved remote setting. Evening and weekend work, and travel may be required. There are minimal requirements to lift or move equipment.

Core Responsibilities
- Understand how the quality assurance, compliance, and enterprise risk management programs directly impact Inteleos and its stakeholders;
- Manage quality assurance, compliance, and enterprise risk management program staff in their daily activities, training, professional development, mentorship, and performance evaluation to maximize potential, investment, and create a team-oriented environment;
- Plan and execute tasks, goals, and projects of the quality assurance, compliance, and enterprise risk management programs effectively using project management methodologies;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing procedures, systems, and programs, and make necessary modifications to eliminate waste and redundancies and drive efficiencies;
- Develop, implement, and report on relevant metrics pertinent to customer service, compliance violation processing, quality assurance activities, vendor management processes, and other risk management operational areas;
- Audit and review compliance staff investigations outcomes ensure conformance with department policies and procedures, providing qualitative recommendations to Director of Compliance and Enterprise Risk;
- Oversee the Compliance Panels and staff committees, including violation case review processes to assure effectiveness, accountability, and alignment with organizational standards;
- Lead compliance volunteer recruitment, training, and engagement activities implementing recognition and retention strategies to build a strong volunteer base;
- Serve as an organizational subject matter expert on Quality Assurance and Enterprise Risk Management operations, including policy, procedure, workflow design, and execution of strategies related to risk management and continuous improvement in collaboration with the Director;
- Ensure all ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) accredited schemes maintain compliance with ISO 17024 standards;
- Ensure satisfactory execution of quality management system activities, including internal audits, organizational KPI monitoring, and quality improvement initiatives;
- Ensure root cause analyses are documented using established channels;
- Lead development and implementation of preventative and corrective action plans to resolve non- conformance;
- Ensure all contracts and phases of the vendor management lifecycle are executed in accordance with established protocols to mitigate legal, compliance, and operational risks;
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead change for the betterment of the organization and staff;
- Manage department programs, workflows, and projects to ensure timely and accurate rollouts, using collaborative and consensus-driven leadership to guide both departmental and cross-functional initiatives;
- Forecast, determine, and set budget allocations required to meet departmental and organizational strategic objectives ensuring adherence to the Board-approved budget, financial policies, and monitoring of financial trends to allow for strategic adjustments to ensure maximum ROI;
- Assure execution of departmental document retention policies and procedures;
- Assure departmental programs function within the Inteleos culture, legal, and administrative standards and guidelines;
- Provide innovative solutions using complex analytical tools and/or procedures; and
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree, Certification, or equivalent in a related field;
- Minimum of five years of experience working in a departmental function responsible for handling confidential information in accordance with established confidentiality/privacy policies;
- Minimum of three years of experience in a management role;
- Minimum of three years of experience managing enterprise projects; and
- Minimum of three years of experience in auditing.
- Understanding of organizational and legal implications of Compliance, Quality Assurance, and Enterprise Risk Management program implementation;
- Strong problem-solving skills for managing complex business and personnel challenges, including analyzing multiple variables that require in-depth investigation and definition;
- Proven leadership in managing departmental staff and external stakeholders, with expertise in collaborative and consensus-building techniques;
- Working knowledge of business and people management principles, theories and concepts in the work field, strategic planning, and resource allocation/modeling/leadership techniques;
- Ability to coordinate efforts and workflow with staff members from all levels and departments of the organization as well as external contacts;
- High degree of reliability and integrity;
- Capable of analyzing problems rigorously and from all angles, showing sound practical judgment with a solution-oriented approach;
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, teams, and timelines with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with a focus on customer service and team collaboration;

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and other team collaboration software;
- Customer Relation Management System/Database, Microsoft CRM experience, preferred;
- Task management programs, Asana experience, preferred; and
- Policy and procedure management systems, PolicyTech experience, preferred.
