Your role in the Team
You will join the central Technology and Operational Risk team, engaging in daily activities related to fostering risk culture and awareness, managing operational risks, supporting risk framework implementation, it's processes, and governance tasks.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior managers across the globe, helping you to understand operational risk model and risk management principles, modern technologies and IT processes.

- Improve risk culture and risk awareness across organisation
- Oversight and challenge operational risk events across departments
- Coordinate risk and control self-assessment and control sign-off process
- Provide challenge and support risk treatment process
- Support Operational Risk and Business teams with maturing control environment
- Review and examine impact & compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collect, analyse and deliver operational KRIs and reporting
- Support the administration of risk related meetings

What you'll need for this role
- Demonstrated understanding of operational risk frameworks
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Proven track record of improving risk and control environments
- At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services organisation is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills, especially in meeting facilitation and documentation management
- Proficiency in English
