About The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production and ongoing maintenance of site compliance Log books and liaising with Compliance Manager for Audit purposes
  • Uploading of Risk Assessments for London Sites for Sub Con visits in respective CAFM Portals
  • Undertake any changes to dedicated documentation including but not limited to process maps, organisation charts, H&S & Compliance documents
  • Attend Tier 1 site meetings, take meeting notes and provide timely updates within the meetings
  • Liaise with ad-hoc tasks allocated by Contract Manager or Cluster Managers.
  • Maintaining the OCS Team Training Matrix for the the Account
  • Liaising directly with Cluster Managers as required
  • Maintain and develop good communication with clients, site-based team, suppliers and subcontractors, producing high quality documentation, statistical data and customer reports.
  • On-site support with general enquiries, queries from both customer and site-based teams.
Essential Hiring Criteria:

  • H&S Qualification NEBOSH/ IOSH Managing Safely
  • Experience in using CAFM or other management systems
  • Compliance awareness and understanding.
  • Administrative experience in a busy, pressurised environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, (Word, Access and PowerPoint)
  • Advanced in Excel - higher degree of efficiency needed
  • Attention to detail Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated written and oral communication skills High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
  • This role will require Security Clearance through Home Office Vetting
