- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to interviews and onboarding.
- Conduct regular training sessions on compliance topics for staff members.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
- Ensure the company adheres to labor laws and regulations, maintaining an up-to-date understanding of legal changes.
- Monitor and evaluate compliance programs, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to promote a culture of accountability and integrity throughout the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and compliance roles, preferably within the accounting industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and ethical best practices governing HR and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive employee relationships.
- Proficient in using HR software and systems for record-keeping and compliance reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and mediation.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
