People & Culture Compliance Analyst
Contract: Employee Relations (P&C)
Location: Surrey
Hours of work: 37.5

The People & Culture Compliance Analyst will work as a trusted partner within the People and Culture team, delivering exceptional HR administration and data analysis.
This role involves maintaining visible and consistent contact with stakeholders to enable clear communication and ensure that the People and Culture function is represented through exemplary customer service.
Job Description
You will complete tasks efficiently and with a high level of accuracy, always adhering to internal governance and statutory requirements.
A key part of the role is supporting the Head of People & Culture - Compliance, ensuring that the organisation is prepared for both internal and external audits.
Additionally, you will engage in assurance activities to provide evidence of ongoing compliance with relevant standards.
The role also involves supporting strategic projects, where you will assist with project tracking, administration, and maintaining detailed action logs.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and committed to providing high-quality support within a dynamic HR environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the P&C Operations Director and Head of P&C - Compliance with scheduling, note-taking, preparing employee letters, and handling people changes. Deputize for the Head of P&C - Compliance as needed
- Assist with compliance activities to ensure policies align with legislation
- Update policies and documents based on legal changes and perform risk-based assessments
- Participate in audit activities, including gathering employee data, labeling files, and meeting audit deadlines
- Provide evidence for external audits and help resolve audit actions efficiently
- A passion and demonstrable skill for first class, professional customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy
- IT proficient (including Excel and PowerPoint); confident handling and working with data
- Ability to organise and prioritise a workload to meet deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable approach, enabling full support to the team
- Awareness of GDPR and Data Subject Access Requests
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships within the team and internal stakeholders
- CIPD qualification or working towards
