We are looking for a Permitting & Regulatory Compliance Specialist III to join our growing team in Kent, WA.
Pay is DOE: $38-$50/hr

- Train team members on workflow and project coordination
- Aid in developing processes and enforcing policies, procedures, and productivity standards
- Creative problem solving for resolution to violations and plan check responses
- Develop and implement compliance and permitting programs for the team
- Step in during times of heavy workload and implement work plans and assist with Permitting & Compliance Specialist responsibilities and duties
- Delegate projects to team based on their individual strengths and abilities and availability
- Monitor and manage staff by communicating job expectations, planning, and monitoring work progress
- Oversee Quarterly/Annual Compliance Report and client meeting agenda
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction, permitting, regulatory compliance field, supplemented by business/office courses, Class A/B Certification associate degree, and/or bachelor's degree
- Strong attention to detail, concentration, and flexibility (to switch between multiple tasks quickly as needed
- Interpersonal excellence, a sense of curiosity, entrepreneurship, proactivity, and commitment to quality
