What will you be doing:
- Develop and maintain analytic dashboards for ongoing analysis and identification of gaps and opportunities.
- Propose and carry out technological improvements to current processes and projects within Compliance Team.
- Oversee various compliance platforms to keep updated trackers.
- Handle Data Retention Policy requests in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support daily operations and participate in projects within Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs Europe, contributing to the achievement of BRIGHT Targets with the Global Compliance Team.
- Work in a quickly changing environment with multiple stakeholders
- Ensure full flexibility within the team to meet existing and future business needs
- Contribute to policy enforcement by reviewing and managing compliance policies' queries.
- Participate in Vendor Due Diligence procedures
- Fluency in English (C1 Level)
- Graduates with Bachelors degree, preferably in Engineering, IT, or Business Administration. Law and other degrees will also be considered if accompanied by an interest in automatization and AI
- Interest in working with compliance and legal programs
- Results and process orientated
- Able to drive change within the team
- Very pro-active, organized, energetic, problem-solver
- Ability to lead by example and demonstrate alignment to company culture and principles
- (MS Office, Financial systems)
- Advanced skills in Powerpoint and Excel
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively
