Salary: £34,500 - £44,850 per annum
Location: Cambridge (Hybrid, 2 days a week)
Contract: Permanent, Full time (35 hours per week)

This role plays a vital part in upholding the global reputation and integrity of English language assessments. By ensuring our exams consistently deliver on their promises, we maintain the trust of recognising organisations and stakeholders worldwide. This trust is central to driving growth and safeguarding the reputation of Cambridge University Press & Assessment.
You will contribute to the secure and quality-assured delivery of millions of exams across a diverse portfolio of English language products. These assessments are administered in tens of thousands of venues across 130 countries, making this role critical to our global impact and operational excellence.

You will contribute to the secure and quality-assured delivery of millions of exams across a diverse portfolio of English language products. These assessments are administered in tens of thousands of venues across 130 countries, making this role critical to our global impact and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implement measures to prevent unfair advantage in exams
- Be a subject matter expert for test security, and the threats and measures to address it
- Lead investigations and major incidents
- Liaise closely with other teams to ensure that our security measures are adequate
- Draft policy changes to improve security
As our next Quality and Compliance Manager, you will have:
- Thorough knowledge of test security and current challenges
- Experience of maintaining an ISO9001 quality management system or equivalent
- Good understanding of the regulatory requirements for exam boards
- Thorough knowledge of Cambridge English customer base and global centre network
- Understanding of challenges of exam security including computer-based testing
- Extensive, practical knowledge of the measures needed to protect test validity and exam security
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
