This role will focus on:
The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance within the organization. This includes developing and implementing quality management systems, processes, and policies to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with regulatory requirements.
The Quality Manager will lead quality improvement initiatives, manage quality audits, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
As an integral part of our success, you will initially be focused on:
Document Management:
Maintain the organization's quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA, etc.).
Ensure QMS documentation is current, accurate, and effectively communicated across the organization.
Oversee the development and execution of quality assurance plans, including inspection and testing protocols, to ensure product and service quality.
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Coordinate the review and approval process for all quality assurance documents, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, forms, and templates.
Ensure all documents undergo appropriate review by subject matter experts and stakeholders and facilitate revisions and updates as necessary.
Monitor document approval status and track document change history to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
Provide training and guidance to colleagues on document control procedures, including document creation, review, approval, and distribution processes.
Communicate changes to document control procedures and requirements to relevant stakeholders and ensure understanding and compliance across the organization.
Lead, mentor, and develop the quality assurance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Provide training and support to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Work closely with customers to understand their quality requirements and ensure these are met or exceeded.
Handle customer complaints and feedback, conducting thorough investigations and implementing improvements to prevent future issues.

Previous experience:
Deployment of quality management systems.
Muli-sector quality systems and standard experience with a particular emphasis on Biopharmaceuticals' and Medical Device. Experience in implementing quality management systems: ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and of GxP legislation and guidance.
Experience with compliance standards such as: REACH, RoHS.
Building quality capability.
Leading and receiving Quality Management system audits.
Successful engagement of multiple levels of stakeholder, geographies and functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or technology, or equivalent
Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
Certificates by accredited bodies in Lead Auditing, Quality Management, process improvement methodologies e.g. Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
