Area - Port Solent - Hybrid 4 days office based

Salary - Up to £30,000 PA

Your Role:

We are looking for a commercially aware Quality & Compliance Administrator to support the Quality & Compliance Manager to ensure that GardX exceeds and meets all the regulatory requirements and that our culture of continual business improvement that is at the forefront of all business activities.

Key Accountabilities:

Quality & Compliance is an integral part of our team. As Quality & Compliance Administrator, your goal is to support the Quality & Compliance Manager to ensure our operation complies with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures whilst meeting our business objectives.

Policies & Procedures & Fulfilment
  • Ensuring all and new existing documents are in line with regulatory and best practice requirements e.g. FCA.
  • Management of document control register from instigation to completion, supporting all areas of the business.
  • Manage requests to ensure a thorough process, guidelines and procedure followed when issuing new policies and procedures.
  • Management of Company E Learning platform
Complaints
  • Review, store and ensure all complaints are logged and a reporting schedule adhered to, escalating when required.
  • Ensuring all escalations are managed and investigated to reach a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Review all Trust Pilot responses and co-ordinate with relevant department to ensure a smooth and quick resolution. Regular audits to ensure consistency and calibration.
Data Protection
  • Ensuring the company is aligned with all Data and GDPR requirements and the right policies, processes and procedures are in place.
  • Monitor any changes that need implementation in regards to UK Government requirements.
  • Assisting with the role out of the data incident management and ensure all logs provided and any breaches flagged and reported through all the relevant channels.
  • Asist with the reviewing of all agreements in line with DPA requirements and maintaining documentation in a central repository.
Claims/Quality
  • Assist with any required audits.
  • Review and record results of audit findings to identify improvements and help manage the implementation of required changes.
Supplier Management
  • Administer a central log of suppliers and supporting documentation, including document renewal dates and meeting notes.
  • Support and assist with external due diligence requests, including maintenance of the GardX Helios system.
Compliance
  • Understanding of the FCA Conduct Rules and assist with awareness across the business.
  • Maintain any registers in line with regulatory requirements and ensure records are kept up to date at all times.
  • Support the Quality & Compliance Manager with any reporting required.
CPD
  • Ensure the company CPD register is kept up to date at all times.
