Here at Chubb Fire and Security, we have an opportunity for a Quality and Compliance Manager to join our fantastic, high performing team based on a permanent, full time basis.
We are open to applications from candidates based anywhere in the UK, however there will be travel involved in the role to our sites and offices across the UK

Reporting to the QEHS Director, you will manage all matters of Quality and Compliance including but not limited to:
- Manage ISO 9001 and all compliance programmes, NSi, BRE etc
- Manage all Quality Documentation and oversight of all management systems
- Drive & Lead Improvement Change by promoting the process approach in facilitating the design and implementation of an effective IMS.
- Lead business continuity processes
- Manage certificates, memberships and accreditations, consolidating under a single Chubb entity where possible
- Lead, Plan and Manage QEHS Audit Programs - Internal and External, supporting with attendance where necessary.
- Lead internal Management System audits creating audit agenda, plans and subsequent reports
- Liaise with SLT/ branch managers / site & department / divisional contacts to discuss audit findings & assist in implementation of corrective & preventative actions.
- Assist with investigation, resolution and reporting on significant customer and supplier complaints and quality failures
What We Would Like You To Bring
We're looking for an autonomous decision maker with the ability to recognise business needs and prioritise activities accordingly
You will have:
- Extensive knowledge of QEHS Management systems aligned with ISO 9001. 14001 & 45001 certifications preferred
- Experience / Knowledge of operations in the Fire & Security sector including knowledge of the sector schemes, BAFE, NSI etc.
- Hold QEHS Membership (PCQI) qualifications and memberships appropriate for the role.
- Experience of Auditing
- Working knowledge of quality improvement and lean methodologies
- IT literate with a good knowledge of SharePoint, Power Bi, Excel, PowerPoint, Viso & Word
- A strong communicator able to recognize improvement opportunities and escalate none compliance
- A problem solver who has the technical ability to resolve compliance issues for business operations
