You report to the Risk & Compliance Team Manager and maintain contacts with the various departments involved and the Audit, Risk & Compliance team of Telenet's shareholder Liberty Global.

You responsibilities as a Risk & Compliance Manager
- Oversee and implement SOX compliance programs, including control documentation, testing, and, if necessary, remediation.
- Conduct risk assessments and offer recommendations for process enhancements.
- Manage and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver regular SOX status updates to senior management.
- Provide frequent reports to senior management and stakeholders on operational activities and the progress of necessary organizational actions.
- Leads and develops the team by coaching, motivating, and fostering growth.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in Audit, Compliance, Accountancy, or Finance is essential. Experience in IT controls and auditing, or a strong interest in IT, is an advantage.
- Ability to work with precision, analyze, structure, and process diverse types of information.
- Critical mindset with the necessary assertiveness.
- Proficient in both oral and written communication in Dutch/English.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
