6 Months Fixed Term (Initially)

37.5 Hours Per Week - Hybrid (1 Day a week in our Milton Keynes HQ)

£23,944 (Pro Rata)

Job Description

  • Perform comprehensive screening and reference checks to assess the suitability of potential employees.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations within the department.
  • Implement and maintain robust quality control measures to uphold high standards of service.
  • Pay close attention to detail in all aspects of work to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Craft clear and concise emails and communications to minimize the risk of misunderstandings, both in written and verbal forms.
  • Identify and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance as outlined in Service Level Agreements (SLAs), focusing on high-priority tasks to meet critical deadlines.
  • Conduct and organize audits to assess and ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency within the department.
  • Ensure compliance to BS7858, experience would be advantageous, but a willingness to learn is great!
