Join our dynamic Compliance and Risk function at RSA as a Senior Compliance Advisory Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping regulatory compliance and enhancing customer outcomes. This opportunity is available for both hybrid and remote work arrangements.
Your Role
As a key member of our team, you'll provide practical and pragmatic advice and interpretation on regulatory compliance, including customer outcomes and conduct matters. Your role involves offering strategic support and constructive challenge to the first line in critical decision-making processes, aligned with RSA's regulatory obligations.
You'll participate in governance committees and internal forums, offering specialized insights to address regulatory compliance, including customer outcomes, and conduct issues. By building and maintaining good stakeholder relationships across the business, you'll serve as a trusted escalation point for regulatory compliance.
About You
You will have previously operated in a line 2 compliance roles, preferably in a commercial and specialtylines business,coupled with a good understanding of the commercial landscape within general insurance.
Your comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and their practical applicationwill be instrumental in your success. Additionally, a deep understanding of FCA priorities and conduct requirements is essential to excel in this role.
