As a Senior Compliance Officer you will join ourConduct Department within Compliance Division that is fostering risk culture and supporting Luminor to hold highest ethical standards andcontributing to a work environment built on trust and accountability. - Gross salary.4100-5000 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
- Lead changes in key Conduct areas (internal fraud, conflict of interest management or market Conduct areas)
- Communicate and work with stakeholders across all structural units within Luminor
- Ensure high quality deliverables such as internal reports, internal regulations
- Focus and analyzeon broader regulatory landscape, trends andinitiatives relevant to Luminor
- Prepare and deliver training sessions to support other Luminor functions by advising on Conduct relatedquestions
- Plan, lead and deliverPan-Baltic Compliance reviews,initiatives, tasks, projects and coordinate work in Pan-Baltic team
- Substitute team members in other Conduct related areas
- 3+yearsCompliance background and extensive experience in Banking, Finance or similar areas
- Expert in at least one of areas such as internal fraud, conflict of interest, market conduct. Experience in other Conduct areas is welcome.
- Experience withEuropean regulatory requirements related to Conduct topics
- Advanced project or process managementand stakeholder managementskills
- Open and approachable personality bysupporting as a mentor othercolleagues and stakeholders
- Ability to work within a team or independently with limited guidance
- Experience in providing trainingto different level and expertise colleagues,and presentationskills
- Higher education inEconomics, Business Management, Finance or similar field
- Fluent English and local language is required in spoken and written communication.
