We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army's Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold tilt-rotor. This position is onsite in Fort Worth.
Process Integrity & Compliance
Bring your experience and ideas and help us drive improvement across Bell facilities while supporting compliance/conformance with all type of requirements. These include the internal requirements necessary to control complex design, development, manufacturing, and support processes, those required by global civil aviation authorities (FAA, EASA, etc.), and those mandated military or strategic partner contracts. Our team's activities directly support the maintenance of Bell's external certifications that allow for aircraft production and delivery. This includes support of Bell's FAA Production Certificate, Repair Station approvals, third-party quality management system certifications, and program specific audit activities. Our team coordinates and hosts or supports external oversight activities from a variety of stakeholders including global governmental representatives and strategic partners. Our team also has responsibility for the systems that control all company policies and procedures. In this role, you will interact with leadership at all levels of the company as well as representatives from each of the entities mentioned above. You will have the opportunity to visit all Bell production or maintenance facilities, have broad exposure to the technical aspects of aircraft design, certification, production, maintenance, and post-delivery support, and gain an understanding of how each of Bell's induvial functions interact and coordinate to deliver the best aircraft in the world.

Senior Compliance Specialist
- Serves as a Lead Auditor for complex/large site audits or full system audits at Bell owned of managed affiliate organizations. This includes all planning phase activities and full management of all post audit activities.
- Serves as a key point of contact for internal compliance coaching to leaders across Bell and other Textron owned entities.
- Serves as an independent reviewer of reports and corrective action documentation to other auditors to provide guidance on the correct application of different types of federal regulations or other requirement types.
- Serves as a key point of contact for coordinating and setting up external audit/review activity. This includes regular interaction with local Defense Contract Management Agency personnel and guided interaction with third-party certification entities.
- Conducts independent review of accepted corrective action responses for both agreed upon implementation and effectivity.
- Expert level knowledge of 14 CFR Parts 21 and 145, AS9100, AS9110, and familiarity key supporting standards to include AS9104-1, AS9104-2, AS9104-3, AS9101, and ISO 17021-1
- Expert level knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving, and Risk Management tools and techniques.
- Ability to prioritize work, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a team player mindset.
- Excellent communicator, must be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal and external suppliers, and brief leaders/customers.
- At least 10+ years of experience in Quality Compliance or Internal/External Audits.
- Bachelor's degree with a Major in Business, Quality, or related discipline.
- Related degrees with relevant experience will be considered.
- Advanced degrees will be considered as additional experience.
- Aerospace Experienced Auditor (AEA) or Aerospace Auditor (AA) Authentication, preferred
