As part of our ongoing global expansion, we are seeking an Senior IT Compliance Specialist to join our team. This is a newly created position with a global scope, offering the opportunity to shape and influence our compliance framework worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of preparation and coordination activities for external IT audits and regulatory requests.
  • Ensuring timely and complete delivery of required evidence conduct gap assessments against IT compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and proposing remediation steps execute action plans to address IT audit findings and compliance issues.
  • Ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices support the development and maintenance of IT and security policies and procedures provide subject-matter expertise to teams on IT compliance requirements.
  • Translating regulatory language into practical implementation maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation across all IT compliance activities.
Requirements
  • Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT compliance, IT audit, or related domains.
  • Solid understanding of IT risk management principles and audit processes.
  • Hands-on experience conducting gap assessments and developing remediation plans.
  • Ability to work independently on complex compliance tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of IT compliance frameworks and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder interaction.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in FinTech or other highly regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as DORA and PCI DSS.
  • Experience supporting or participating in disaster recovery and business continuity testing.
