Job Description
We're recruiting for a Senior Marketing Compliance Managerto join us on a 12 Month FTC. We're offering acompetitive base salary good benefits package.
What you'll be doing:
- Implementing and maintaining a secure first line of defence for the Asset Management marketing team across international markets
- Reviewing marketing materials in Europe and international markets to ensure compliance relevant regulatory financial promotions requirements
- Managing risk management processes and procedures across marketing
- Reviewing and updating policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Supporting the approval of financial promotions for Retail and Investment Professional audiences
- Ensuring compliance with all Consumer Duty accountabilities
Who we're looking for:
- Previous experience of approving financial promotions within an Asset Manager
- Strong background in marketing compliance
- Good knowledge of the relevant compliance regulations across Europe
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to run meetings
- European language skills would be advantageous but not essential
