Job Description

We're recruiting for a Senior Marketing Compliance Managerto join us on a 12 Month FTC. We're offering acompetitive base salary good benefits package.

What you'll be doing:
  • Implementing and maintaining a secure first line of defence for the Asset Management marketing team across international markets
  • Reviewing marketing materials in Europe and international markets to ensure compliance relevant regulatory financial promotions requirements
  • Managing risk management processes and procedures across marketing
  • Reviewing and updating policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Supporting the approval of financial promotions for Retail and Investment Professional audiences
  • Ensuring compliance with all Consumer Duty accountabilities
Qualifications

Who we're looking for:
  • Previous experience of approving financial promotions within an Asset Manager
  • Strong background in marketing compliance
  • Good knowledge of the relevant compliance regulations across Europe
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to run meetings
  • European language skills would be advantageous but not essential
