About the role
The Role
Our team is the best in the industry - is it time for you to join us?
The Role:
GAP Group are looking for an experienced administrator to join our SHE Risk & Compliance Team based in our Glasgow Head Office. This role will primarily involve the efficient and effective administration of GAP Group's Tracker/ Theft Recovery Solution systems and processing of third-party vehicle Penalty Charge Notices, fines and charges. In addition, the SHERC Administrator will be responsible for administering the reporting of accidents by all depots, including employee incidents, maintaining departmental databases and distribute safety, compliance and risk management documentation across our depot network.
About You
Successful applicants should demonstrate the following:
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced administration role preferably within a health & safety or compliance environment
• Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally
• Proactive approach to workload and perform when working to tight deadlines whilst managing customer requirements in a professional manner.
• Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Word
