What's the position?

We are seeking a Technical Compliance Analyst to sit in our international markets team which means you'll be working on markets outside of the USA.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with the build out of technical compliance matrices for new jurisdictions including providing advice regarding technical regulations and requirements.
  • Building out technical compliance processes to ensure compliance with gaming licenses and applicable law.
  • Undertaking compliance monitoring reviews including obtaining evidence of compliance and working with the business on any areas of non-compliance and generating regular and routine reports on the same to management.
  • Liaising with regulators and managing requests and reports, working with external auditors and Laboratories preparing for certifications and audits.
  • Undertaking regulatory filings as required by gaming licenses or applicable law.
  • Updating the business on technical developments in legislation and advising on the meaning. Assisting with build out of controls.
  • Providing technical guidance on new products.
  • Assist in finding the root cause of technical compliance issues and creating solutions to address issues.
What are we looking for?
  • Minimum 3 years of experience of technical compliance.
  • Experience of or a degree (or other relevant qualification) in Information Technology, Computer Science or related topic.
  • Experience of online gambling with Ontario. LATAM or Spanish gambling licenses desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Second language of Portuguese or Spanish desirable.
  • Experienced in working collaboratively across different teams and departments.
