What you'll do:
- Lead Consulting Projects: Manage client engagements, guiding them from start to finish and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Become a Client Expert: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their unique challenges, and deliver impactful solutions.
- Drive Digital Transformation: Develop and implement strategic plans that leverage technology to optimize their business operations.
- Empower Your Team: Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Navigate the Risk Landscape: Advise clients on emerging technologies and their compliance implications, ensuring alignment with industry regulations.
- Develop & Implement Solutions: Craft tailored compliance programs and controls to mitigate risks and safeguard client data.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously update your knowledge of evolving regulations and industry trends impacting technology risk and compliance
- 7-10 years of experience in technology risk & compliance consulting.
- Deep understanding of digital & technology consulting and project management.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (turning tech talk into business insights).
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in CS, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing regulations and industry trends.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Professional certifications (e.g. CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC).
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (e.g. NIST, PCI DSS, SOX).
