About the Opportunity

Working within our Enterprise Asset Solutions business you'll be part of a small team based on site at Hinkley Point C, one of the largest construction sites in Europe and a Nuclear New Build power station. You will be assisting with day-to-day training enquiries and ensuring our operatives comply with the certification required by our client both in terms of HSE and competencies. Please note that this is a site-based role. You will be required to be on site at Hinkley Point C with the delivery team Monday - Thursday.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Booking various training courses with local training providers
• Collating SQEP packs for operatives, supervisors, engineers & managers across all disciplines and ensuring they are meeting the SQEP standards.
• New employee gap analysis training requirements
• Being the point of contact for training requests for personal development
• Being the point of contact for site specific training requirements
• Data inputting onto the training system & matrix's and ensuring these are up to date.
• To always ensure we comply with site's SQEP requirements

• Ability to work with multiple and changing priorities in a highly complex, high volume, industrial environment
• Be competent in all Microsoft packages

Any offer of employment will be strictly subject to the relevant security requirements for the role being met. This means that you will need to have, or be able to obtain, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance and either Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV) clearance. The security clearance process may require non-British nationals or dual nationals (i.e. those with British and another nationality) to be subject to additional evaluation, depending on nationalities held and the nature of the work to be carried out.
