We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Compliance and Training Manager at one of the UK's busiest airports - London Luton Airport.

Join us as a Compliance and Training Manager where you will be able to explore a world full of opportunities working here at the Airport. The Role

Exciting and rewarding, a typical day in the life as a Training and Compliance Manager involves being responsible for managing compliance and training for PRM services at Luton Airport. This client-facing role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including airport authorities, the CAA, and airlines. The manager will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of training programs to ensure that all employees, contractors, and stakeholders adhere to aviation regulations, company policies, and operational standards.
  • To provide and implement a robust audit process within the PRM function and be responsible for producing and managing the statutory operational audit and reports program for Luton airport.
  • Lead the effective communication strategy for both biannual regulatory change and ad hoc compliance change. This should include robust measures to ensure communications are delivered in a timely fashion and are thereafter enforced during audits.
  • To ensure the PRM mandatory training is delivered, maintained and recorded to ensure compliance in accordance with UK legislation.
  • Work with the training team to design and deliver engaging training sessions.
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate records of training activities and employee progress are maintained.

  • Training and Compliance management experience within an operational environment
  • Ability to assess training needs and design effective learning solutions.
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly the preparation of procedural documents, manuals, formal reports and correspondence with clients.
  • Good verbal communication, management and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of audit and monitoring principles
  • Ability to work independently and in teams where required.
  • Proven organization skills with the ability to deliver to set deadlines
  • Highly motivated and able to work under own initiative Desirable:
Desirable:
  • Working knowledge and application of UK aviation security regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications and Licenses:

Essential
  • Full Driving License
Desirable:
  • IQA Accreditation
  • HGV License - Class 2
  • Certification in Training or Learning & Development (e.g., CIPD
