We are looking for a Training & Compliance Manager to join our fantastic team based at one of our respected clients, a trusted leader in digital payments. You will be working in a modern, state of the art office where you can really thrive in your role and make use of the smart space to benefit your everyday working life!

A typical day in the life as a Training & Compliance Manager:
  • Identify training needs across the Client portfolio.
  • Create, and deliver an ongoing training matrix / schedule / plan to meet all needs.
  • Ensure that all security training material and training aids, manuals and other similar documentation are constantly maintained and updated to meet regulated and internal standards.
  • Working closely with the wider Wilson James learning department to ensure that sufficient and appropriate company personnel are trained to carry out security procedures.
  • To align the overall training strategy for Wilson James along with development plans at all levels and effective use of the WJ Hub- e-learning platform.
  • Have a full understanding of the functions covered at all locations including areas such as Security, CCTV, Reception, Gatehouse, and General Business Support.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for people who are passionate about helping others and keeping those around you both safe and secure.
  • Training qualification or training experience
  • Experience preferably in a Security, customer experience or hospitality environment.
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly the preparation of procedural documents, manuals, formal reports, and correspondence with clients.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver training programmes into service delivery excellence.
  • Competent on Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint
  • Understanding of the British Standards in Security.
  • Passionate about people learning and growing.
