Role overview:

Reporting to the Group Head of Tax, the ideal candidate will work closely with the Transfer Pricing Manager and will help develop the in-house tax function.

This position is responsible for preparing and delivering transfer pricing documentation and other relevant transfer pricing compliance work, as well as collaborating with regional and local finance teams and business partner contacts.

The role therefore also involves co-ordinating with external tax advisors and finance managers to prepare the relevant transfer pricing documentation and compliance forms.

Whilst transfer pricing documentation and compliance will be the main responsibility of this position, there is an opportunity to get involved in other transfer pricing advisory work as well, advising the business on transfer pricing for existing or new transactions and M&A.

What you will do:

• Manage the transfer pricing documentation work by identifying transfer pricing documentation requirements in the countries where Planet operates, gathering information from finance and the business, preparing the transfer pricing documentation and where necessary, working with external tax advisors to support in the documentation process.

• Support the Transfer Pricing Manager in defining and updating the Group Transfer Pricing policy.

• Support the Transfer Pricing Manager in reviewing intercompany transactions' calculations and the resultant profitability of companies within the group to ensure the results reflect the relevant TP characterization profile.

• Organize and coordinate the relevant information to be provided to Finance to implement intercompany invoices in line with the Transfer Pricing policies.

• Support the Transfer Pricing Manager in coordinating and contributing to the business on Transfer Pricing aspects to projects.

• Participate in ad-hoc tax projects and M&A activities, focusing on the Transfer Pricing aspects.

• Keep up to date on relevant changes to international and local country tax developments, EU/OECD/BEPS updates on Transfer Pricing.

• Support the Group Tax team in CbCR or BEPS related reporting requirements.

Who you are:

• Professional qualification or relevant university degree in Tax or Accounting.

• Transfer pricing services or transfer pricing in-house background is preferred, with the ability to manage transfer pricing documentation work for a multinational group.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Ability to build and continue enhancing tax models using Microsoft Excel.

• Team player with ability to work with individuals across functions and cultures, and from all levels within the organization.

• Effective interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

• Be a highly motivated, hands-on and hard-working, and able to work in an informal, fast paced, and often dynamic environment.
