This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement that will require travel to our Coventry Head Office (expected to be twice a month to meet business needs).

About the Opportunity:
As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Immigration Compliance Manager to join our Academic Registry team. This is a pivotal role in ensuring our international students receive first-class immigration advice and support while maintaining full regulatory compliance with UKVI and other external bodies.
About You:
Essential requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience in immigration advice, compliance, or international student support.
  • Extensive knowledge of UKVI immigration policy and regulations relevant to Higher Education.
  • Proven track record of managing immigration compliance processes within a UK university or similar institution.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering training and producing compliance documentation.
Desirable requirements:
  • Degree in a related field (e.g., Law, International Relations).
  • OISC Level 1 (or higher) accreditation.
  • Experience working with external regulatory bodies and internal audit processes.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data governance in relation to international student records.
  • Familiarity with the UKVI SMS system and student management systems.
