This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement that will require travel to our Coventry Head Office (expected to be twice a month to meet business needs).

About the Opportunity:
As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Immigration Compliance Manager to join our Academic Registry team. This is a pivotal role in ensuring our international students receive first-class immigration advice and support while maintaining full regulatory compliance with UKVI and other external bodies.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Immigration Compliance Manager to join our Academic Registry team. This is a pivotal role in ensuring our international students receive first-class immigration advice and support while maintaining full regulatory compliance with UKVI and other external bodies.
About You:
Essential requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience in immigration advice, compliance, or international student support.
- Extensive knowledge of UKVI immigration policy and regulations relevant to Higher Education.
- Proven track record of managing immigration compliance processes within a UK university or similar institution.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering training and producing compliance documentation.
- Degree in a related field (e.g., Law, International Relations).
- OISC Level 1 (or higher) accreditation.
- Experience working with external regulatory bodies and internal audit processes.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data governance in relation to international student records.
- Familiarity with the UKVI SMS system and student management systems.
