As Vendor Compliance Analyst you will be responsible for performing independent checks on, and subsequently maintain, sensitive and confidential purchase ledger master data. You will also be essential in helping us meet various internal controls and will work closely with both our Finance and KYC teams to ensure compliance.

As Vendor Compliance Analyst you will be responsible for performing independent checks on, and subsequently maintain, sensitive and confidential purchase ledger master data. You will also be essential in helping us meet various internal controls and will work closely with both our Finance and KYC teams to ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Verification of both new and existing vendors with external bodies.
- Perform independent investigative scrutiny on new vendors
- Research new vendors using various search tools
- Work in close liaison with the KYC team.
- Perform monitoring checks on existing vendors
- Liaise with Purchase Ledger team and other teams to ensure data robustness
- Record (and maintain) accurate sensitive and confidential Purchase Ledger master data within internal systems.

- Proven track record with master data or equivalent exposure to business critical data.
