provides resources and support to the programs, educates staff and UC on how to report incidents of sexual abuse and harassment.</li><li>Provide PSA training, coaching, and education to program employees informed by ongoing observations, identified trends, and issues </li><li>Create and provide curriculum content, as needed, on child training modules and ensure postings/ literature are available in UC respective languages.</li><li>Responsible for implementing and coordinating facility awareness and preventative education to staff and UC of the facility's zero-tolerance for all forms of sexual abuse, sexual harassment, and inappropriate sexual behavior.</li><li>Conduct ongoing reviews of services and identify specialized training needs to include the detection of indicators and signs of sexual abuse and sexual harassment, preserving physical evidence of sexual abuse, and how to respond effectively and professionally to victims. </li><li>Provide support following a PSA-related incident/allegation at the program, including referring the incident for consultation with the external investigative intake specialist.</li><li>Follow the required consultation actions and report internally and externally as required. • Participate in incident review calls, as applicable.</li><li>Document tracking and record maintenance. </li><li>Ensure - with the assistance of the multidisciplinary team - that all UC identified as victims receive all necessary, immediate, and ongoing medical, mental health, and support services.</li><li>Follow up with employees after an incident and provide process recommendations, based on investigation findings.</li><li>Maintain ongoing communication and serve as a liaison between the investigative provider and program to provide updates on the status of respective Significant Incident Reports (SIR)/Critical Level Events (CLE) and ensure that these incidents are promptly investigated and resolved.</li><li>Ensure Significant Incident Report compliance via process metrics.</li><li>Maintain all documentation of case information appropriately and in accordance with ORR and state childcare licensing confidentiality policy. </li><li>Analyze data trends, identify actionable solutions, and coordinate with program leadership on effective implementation. </li><li>Actively promote a culture of safety, proactive risk management, clinical excellence, ongoing regulatory visit readiness, and lead continuous process improvement activities. </li><li>Conduct frequent unannounced and after-hour visits to monitor how employees are applying skills; identify safety issues and training needs to develop performance improvement plans to address and correct performance gaps.</li><li>Conduct ongoing pre-audit reviews of policies, training, reports, and other documentation in preparation for ORR or regulatory visits.</li><li>Other duties and special projects as assigned</li></ul>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS <ul><li>Must have a bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social service fields, or a bachelor's degree in business administration or management.</li><li>At least two years' experience working in the field of Human Trafficking.</li><li>At least one year of experience working with child welfare standards, best practices, or quality assurance or compliance.</li></ul>SKILLS &amp; Prevention of Sexual Abuse Compliance Manager

Introduction Are you an experienced Compliance Manager with knowledge of mental health services and how they work, have excellent communication skills, exercise diplomacy and have a strong eye for detail? If so, join Elysium Healthcare as the Compliance Manager where you will be checking compliance of Elysium's services with national regulatory standards and best practice. This is not an audit role where there are clear right and wrong answers this is about reviewing care records, spotting a potential issue and following up by utilising other information sources to see if the issue is real. You will be working in our Provider Compliance Assessment Team, reporting to Director of Policy and Regulation, Regional Directors and Registered Manager findings from reviews and visits, continually monitoring and feeding back findings both from documentation reviews and site visits. Working 37.5 hours a week you will also be participating in PCA reviews, monitoring and reviewing audit, service reports and action plans and continually reviewing the company's statutory and legal requirements in relation to operational compliance. There will be requirement to travel throughout the country sometimes staying away from home up to 3 nights. To be successful in this role you will need: • Experience in a similar post or Registered Manager or senior hospital/care home clinician • The ability to drill down into detail and triangulate with other information to form a view on whether the service is compliant with expectations, being able to articulate why and how that view was formed. • An understanding of the health and social care regulatory frameworks in England and Wales • A demonstrable understanding of mental health services, MHA Code of Practice, Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, and overall Safeguarding • Experience in communicating with staff at all levels in both group and individual situations. • Experience in meeting with service users/patients/residents and being able to communicate effectively with those in mental health, learning disability, complex care, brain injury and young peoples' services. • Ability to work and stay away from home whilst undertaking up to 3-day visits to sites in England and Wales • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for the purpose of fulfilling this role.
