Your Impact: In support of the Mayor's LeadFree NYC Initiative, the Lead Compliance Officer will oversee HPD's agency-wide lead compliance operations. The LCO responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: -Evaluate the implementation of lead-related procedures across all areas of the agency. -Perform assessments and evaluations to proactively identify risk areas and program noncompliance. Key Responsibilities Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include: 1. Global Compliance Management: • Working alongside external advisors and internal SME's, monitor, interpret, and implement a dynamic statutory compliance framework for national and international regulations across all countries where CloudPay is established. This includes, but is not limited to, deliverables and deadlines related to: • Taxes, including corporate income tax, VAT/GST, withholding taxes, and other local tax legislation in each jurisdiction. • Governmental and Legal Regulatory Standards &amp; Reporting. • Collaborate with regional Compliance, HR, Finance, or other responsible teams to ensure the consistent application of compliance standards globally, detailing clear accountability and ownership within these teams. • Prepare recommendations to company management on strategies required for improved statutory compliance procedures. • Oversee the installation of 'surveillance-type' technology required for adequate monitoring of important risk areas across all locations. 2. Risk Assessment: • Identify and assess global compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Conduct investigations to identify the root of a compliance issue to resolve it with the relevant CloudPay departments. • Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and implement controls to address identified risks. • Coordinate global efforts to manage compliance-related incidents and ensure timely resolution. • Stay vigilant and monitor new and proposed changes in standards, legislation, and regulatory notifications. Promptly update internal policies and procedures and communicate with CloudPay departments to assign ownership/accountability, ensuring the Group remains ahead of the Compliance curve. 3. Training and Development: • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure all employees, including regional teams, understand, own and comply with statutory requirements. • Provide ongoing support and guidance to regional teams on global compliance issues. • Stay informed of global compliance trends and best practices, integrating them into training and development programs. 4. Regulatory Liaison: Ensure proactive communication with regulators and track CloudPay's responses to regulatory inquiries and investigations to ensure they are completed by the documented deadline. Facilitate relationships with external legal, tax, governance advisors and compliance consultants to navigate complex regulatory environments with the responsible CloudPay department. 5. Continuous Improvement: • Lead initiatives to improve CloudPay's global compliance framework and processes. • Monitor global compliance trends and regulatory changes, ensuring the company remains ahead of emerging risks and requirements. • Foster a culture of compliance and ethical business practices across CloudPay. Senior Statutory Compliance Manager

Building a sustainable tomorrow BAM Site Solutions are looking to recruit a Compliance Manager for our Northern Region to ensure the company's policies and rules are in line with regulatory and best practice standards, driving improvement initiatives throughout our depot operations, supply chain and our clients. This is a full-time role working on site at Wellingborough, or at any of our UK offices. Your mission • Work with teams across the organisation to review, monitor and improve best practice standards through Health &amp; Safety, Environmental, Sustainability and Quality systems • Periodically conduct audits and reviews with the supply chain to ensure compliance is being met against the BAM standards. • Identify areas for process improvements and liaise with relevant stakeholders to develop company procedures. • Frequently review operations within depots and client projects to identify opportunities for improvement and share knowledge with relevant teams. • Ensure accurate records of audit actions are maintained and resolved in a timely manner. • Set individual and team objectives for the four depots and Product Managers as assigned, ensuring performance against those objectives. • Understand and interpret the strategic direction of the Business Unit and align operational delivery to strategic intent within the depot teams. • Embed a culture of compliance to all UK &amp; Ireland policies, targets, standards, and strategy in relation to safety, health, wellbeing, and sustainability. • Implement and deliver new opportunities within Site Solutions. • Embed new engagements and partnership approaches across industry, professional bodies, and trade associations as part of the business unit's future outlook. • Actively promote and embed product innovation, expertise, and practice into the depots in conjunction with the Product Managers. • Accountable for delivering measurable auditing of the supply chain leading to improvements in business operations. • Responsible for ensuring timely close out of issues recorded by working with relevant stakeholders • Ensure that improvement projects align with BAM's compliance standards. • Provide insights and recommendations for ongoing business improvement.
