They must be always contactable on Site, have a designated means of identification to show they are that single point of contact. Without the OCO (DAP) contactable on Site, under Site Licence Conditions, access to their Area(s) of responsibility is prohibited to all others (MSML requirement). </li><li>Demonstrate Effective Command and Control: the Duty OCO (DAP) must have no involvement in production activities whilst on duty in order to maintain independence and prevent any potential conflict between safety and production. Where assistance on Delivery work is required, this must be pre-planned with the Operations Manager to remove the OCO from their Compliance role for the duration. </li><li>Maintain Compliance with Plant Surveillance: the Duty OCO (DAP) at the start and end of the day will open/close their area of responsibility, conduct Daily Start Up/Close Down Checks and record they have been undertaken on an associated Compliance Record. The Duty OCO (DAP) shall be accountable where any problems are identified and shall be the decision maker in taking corrective action and managing recovery. </li><li>Initial Point of Contact for Incident/Event Management: the Duty OCO (DAP) shall be the primary point of contact for any local incidents occurring within their area(s) of responsibility and they are responsible for taking control and managing the situation accordingly. Should the event begin to escalate beyond local incident, they will hand over to the Incident Supervisor and take up their allocated emergency response role, inputting expert knowledge of their area(s) and supporting emergency response. </li><li>Knowledge of Plant Activities: the Duty OCO (DAP) must have knowledge at all times of all persons (Residents &amp; Visitors) attending their area(s) of responsibility and prior to any visits are accountable for ensuring the route has been thoroughly risk assessed and deemed safe. Audit &amp; Compliance Manager (Compliance &amp; Quality) Remote/Hybrid - London/Bristol/Manchester/Birmingham Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Develop and maintain Internal Audit Programmes.</li> <li>Relevant inputs are made during external audits.</li> <li>Undertake Compliance, Discipline and IMS Audits ( in accordance with the 3 lines of defence model )..</li> <li>Process non-conformities that are identified through the audit process subsequently have a root cause analysis conducted and process improvement initiatives developed and progressed.</li> <li>Opportunities for improvement that are identified are explored and implemented where practicable.</li> <li>Produce written reports for senior leadership on audit outputs.</li> <li>Maintain Integral's certifications, accreditations, memberships and licences.</li> <li>Relevant inputs are made during RFI / RFP /PQQ activities.</li> <li>Ensure that all IMS documentation is current and relevant and uploaded to the ICDL.</li> <li>Provide relevant reports on documentation that requires review, is in-date, is due for update, and other data as required.</li> <li>Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Assist in internal investigations.</li> <li>Other relevant duties as required.</li> </ul>Experience and Qualifications (Preferred, but not essential) <ul> <li>Experience in a similar role with a minimum of 5 years' experience.</li> <li>Have membership of a professional body e.g. CQI, IIRSM, IOSH, IET, etc.</li> <li>ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Lead Auditor Certified.</li> <li>ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems Internal Auditor Certified.</li> <li>ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health &amp; Safety Internal Auditor Certified.</li> <li>IOSH/IIRSM Certificate in Risk Management or similar.</li> <li>IOSH/NCRQ Certificate in Health and Safety or similar.</li> <li>Incident Investigation Trained.</li> <li>A discipline specific trade qualification.</li> <li>Proficient with MS applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.</li> <li>Maintains CPD.</li> </ul>

£36,650 to £39,032 per annum - the band minimum is the normal starting pay for those new to a role. Some of your main responsibilities will include: <ul> <li>To ensure that, as a minimum, BAS remains compliant with OTAR 39 and OTAR 125 regulations.</li> <li>To lead and manage the internal aviation audit process, as well as liaising with and supporting external aviation audits conducted by the Regulator.</li> <li>Conducting audits on our Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) organisations who maintain our aircraft.</li> <li>Supporting the management of aviation safety, including managing the safety incident database, and conducting and documenting risk assessments.</li> <li>Keeping abreast of emerging regulations that affect aircraft operation and airworthiness.</li> </ul>For the role of Aviation Compliance Manager, we are looking for somebody who has: <ul> <li>Experience of auditing or inspection (preferably in an aviation context).</li> <li>An attention to detail and an enquiring mind.</li> <li>Fluency in written and spoken English language and who is an effective communicator.</li> <li>Good IT skills, able to develop reports, manuals, and other documents for internal and external use.</li> <li>The skills necessary to effectively manage their own workload, meet deadlines, and to work with others to achieve common goals and targets.</li> </ul>Please download job description for more details.
