The Regulatory Compliance Team ensures we can manufacture and sell our wide range of products worldwide, in compliance with local regulations, without compromising our ethics. The team works to mitigate risk and enact proactive solutions to regulatory issues in line with the wider ethics and goals of the business, through awareness of current and future regulatory requirements and stakeholder engagement. It's an essential stream of behind-the-scenes work that gets our products into bathrooms all over the world. Key Responsibilities The RoleSupporting the Regulatory Compliance Team with all the necessary administration required to sell a product (cosmetic or other) legally and safely in all our markets. A confident and capable team player, skilled in all areas of product compliance and able to represent the Regulatory Compliance Team when required. A can do attitude, excited to upskill in new compliance areas. The team works to mitigate risk and enact proactive solutions to regulatory issues in line with the wider ethics and goals of the business, through awareness of current and future regulatory requirements and stakeholder engagement. It's an essential stream of behind-the-scenes work that gets our products into bathrooms all over the world. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Demonstrates good knowledge of the work required to launch a product in global markets and can support each area.
